The project

Project overview

Pure Concierge Services arranges hotels, private villas, charter boats, concert and sports tickets, travel and flights, and bespoke trips from one point of contact. The website had to explain a service that covers many things, and make it easy to ask for one.

Each of the seven services has its own page that says what is covered, with a clear route to enquire. The enquiry form asks what you need first, then guides you through four steps. The home page sets out six reasons to choose Pure, including one point of contact and costs agreed in writing.
