John Grants is an independent estate agency specialising in lettings, property management and sales across North London. Their previous website had become dated, was not mobile responsive and required too much manual work to keep property listings accurate and up to date.
This website redesign focused on improving both presentation and day-to-day usability. The new site gave John Grants a more modern, professional online presence, while also making it easier for staff to import, update and remove property listings directly from their in-house system. This reduced admin time, improved consistency across marketing channels and helped ensure the property portfolio stayed current.
Alongside the redesign, the project included practical tools for estate agency workflows, including department-based email handling, a quick book-a-viewing feature, property search, custom map styling and improved hosting performance. The result is a responsive estate agent website built to support sales, lettings and property management more efficiently.
