Organic Social Media Content and Community Management

I create content that fits how each platform is actually used, from short videos to carousels and written posts. I look after the day-to-day replies, comments and messages too, so people who get in touch hear back and your following stays engaged.

What you can expect from organic content and community management

Posts made for each platform

Short videos for TikTok and Reels, carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn, and written posts where the words do the work.

Content about your business

Posts built from your work, your team and the questions customers ask you, so they sound like you.

Replies to comments and messages

Comments and direct messages answered in your tone, following guidelines we've agreed, with anything sensitive passed straight to you.

Agreed rules for tricky moments

A simple guide on handling complaints, spam and awkward questions, so nobody has to guess when one arrives.

Your approval before posts go out

You see posts before they're published, and you can approve them in batches to save time.

More of what people respond to

I look at saves, shares, comments and reach to see which posts did best, then use that to plan the next ones.

How organic content and community management works

  1. Step 1

    Voice and themes

We agree how your brand should sound, which topics to cover and how replies should be handled, including what comes straight to you.

  2. Step 2

    Plan and create

I plan the posts for the period ahead, then write them, design the graphics and edit the video, using your own photos and footage where we can.

  3. Step 3

    Publish and reply

Posts go out once you've approved them. I keep an eye on comments and messages and answer them in your tone.

  4. Step 4

    Review and adjust

I look at what people responded to and what they asked about, then use that to shape the next round of content.

Common questions

Replying to comments and direct messages, removing spam and passing sales enquiries or complaints to the right person. It can also mean joining relevant conversations from your accounts, where that suits the platform.
