Presentation Design

Slide decks that support what you're saying. I have 15+ years' experience designing presentations, and I keep each slide to one clear point so people can listen to you as they follow along.

What you can expect from presentation design

One point on each slide

I break long slides into a clear sequence, so the audience can follow your argument as you speak.

Charts people can read

Your figures redrawn so the main point stands out, with only the labels the audience needs.

A look that matches your brand

Your logo, fonts and colours built into the deck, so it sits comfortably alongside your website and other materials.

Layouts you can reuse

Title, section, chart, image and closing layouts set up in the slide master, so new slides stay consistent.

A file you can edit

An editable deck in the software you present from, so you can change the wording right up to the day.

A version to send

A PDF to email afterwards or to share with anyone who can't open the original file.

How a presentation project works

  1. Step 1

    Brief and content

We agree who you're presenting to, how long you have and what you want them to do afterwards. You send your existing slides, notes or outline.

  2. Step 2

    Structure and sample slides

I suggest how to organise the content, then design a few key slides so you can see the direction before the whole deck is built.

  3. Step 3

    Full deck and revisions

I build every slide, redraw the charts and make the rounds of changes we agreed at the start.

  4. Step 4

    Files and handover

You get the editable deck and a PDF, with fonts chosen to work on the computer you'll present from.

Common questions

It depends on the number of slides, how many charts need redrawing and how much the content needs reorganising. I'll give you a clear quote before any work begins.

Got a presentation coming up?

Tell me who it's for, roughly how many slides you have and when you're presenting, and I'll come back with an honest recommendation and a clear quote.
