Business Card and Stationery Design

Business cards, letterheads and the small details that add up. I design each piece to match your brand, so everything you hand over or send out looks like it comes from the same business.

What you can expect from stationery design

A matching set

Business cards, letterheads, compliment slips and more, all using the same logo, fonts and colours.

Cards that are easy to read

Names, roles and contact details in a clear order, set large enough to read at the standard 85 x 55mm.

Loyalty cards and vouchers

The extras customers hold on to, such as stamp cards, gift vouchers and appointment cards, designed to match the rest of the set.

Designed for how it's used

Space to write on a voucher, room for a stamp on a loyalty card and a letterhead layout that leaves room for the letter.

The details on your letters

UK limited companies have to show certain details on business letters, such as their registered name and number. I leave room for these and ask you to confirm the wording.

Print-ready artwork

A PDF for each piece with the bleed, crop marks and colour settings your printer asks for.

How a stationery project works

  1. Step 1

    Brief and list

We agree which pieces you need and what each one has to carry. You send your logo, contact details and any wording, and I'll flag anything missing.

  2. Step 2

    First piece

I start with one piece, usually the business card, so you can approve the style before I apply it to the rest.

  3. Step 3

    Full set and revisions

I design each piece and make the rounds of changes we agreed at the start. You check the names, numbers and addresses, as a mistake on stationery means a reprint.

  4. Step 4

    Print-ready files

You get print-ready artwork for each piece, set up the way your printer asks for it, plus any digital versions you need.

Common questions

It depends on how many pieces you need and how different each layout is. I'll give you a clear quote before any work begins.

Tell me which pieces you need, what you already have and when you need them, and I'll come back with an honest recommendation and a clear quote.
